BSNL has come up with a new Special Tariff Voucher for allowing
customers to enjoy cheaper Local calling like never before. The price of
the new STV is Rs. 39 and by opting this, BSNL customer can call all
local number (any network) at 1p/2Sec for a period of 30 days.
