Now Onwards If you get SIM card with out Proper or Genuine Details You will end up in Jail !!!!!!!!!!!
Central Telecommunications Ministry Formed New Rules and Regulations for Issuing of New SIM cards
November 9, 2012 onwards these rules will come in to effect
According to new regulations
Retailer Before Giving SIM cards has to check the Photograph with person who is applying for SIM
Residence Proof Must Be verified
Retailer has to submit a declaration to Telecom Operator that he has verified the applicant details
If Retailers finds that details are wrong immediately he has to inform police
Telecom operators also should check the details and if any thing found wrong action should be taken
Other wise Government Will Take action on Telecom Operator
