Customers of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited in the State of Andhra Pradesh can now voice their :
Fault Repair Service:   by dialing "198"
Telephone service complaints/grievances:   by dialing "12727" (which is a toll free number)

This service is accessible from STD barred telphones also.
By dialing this number, the customer can register the complaints/grievances in centralised Public Grievance Cell of Chief General Manager's Office, Door Sancharbhavan, Nampally Station Road, Abids, Hyderabad.
Customers can also e-mail the grievances/complaints to: "pgcellap@bsnl.co.in"
Broadband Related complaints by dialing:  "040-23235331"-For genl. Enq &"040-23234770"-For usage
Customers can also e-mail the grievances/complaints related to Broadband service to:  "de_nibhyd@dataone.in" (Complaints related to Hyderabad SSA only)
